Lil Pups – Girls Flag Football & Fitness

Ages: 6–10 years old
When: Monday nights, 6–7pm
Dates: Sept 29 – Nov 24 (8 sessions)
What to Bring: Indoor shoes required

This fun and active program is designed just for girls! Each session combines:

• Learning the basics of flag football
• Fun and challenging exercise drills
• Building teamwork and new friendships

Each player gets a Lil Pups t-shirt
