Refund policy

For Full Training Packages, the following refund policy applies:

·         No Full Refunds: We do not offer full refunds on any of our training packages. We have limited spaces and registration.

·         Pro-Rated Refunds for 2025: If a refund is requested, you will be eligible for a pro-rated refund for the 2025 portion of the program. There are no refunds for the 2024 portion of the program.

·         Refund Request Process: To request a refund, you must:

o   Submit a request via email.

o   Ensure the request is made and a response is received prior to January 1, 2025.

·         After January 1, 2025: No refunds will be issued for programs that began in November 2024.
