DONTEA BULL
At 6'7 and 330 pounds our head OL/DL coach Dontae Bull is all business, in helping kids be their best by pushing them hard, with high expectations.Played HS Football in British Columbia and from there earned a full scholarship at Fresno State in California from 2018 to 2022. He played in 37 games for the Bulldogs, starting in 33, over the course of his tenure with the team.He was then the first overall pick in the 2023 CFL draft by the Ottawa Redblacks. Currently due to injuries he is not playing and has dedicated time to helping young players know what it takes to be a great lineman. The impact he had on our lineman in the first year will carry on in his second year at Drip Dawg. Come and train with Dontae and our lineman coaches.
SETH POIRIER
10 year playing career with North Gloucester Giants & Cumberland Panthers NCAFA and OSFL Coached ages 6-18 year olds at high level in tackle, flag and touch football. In the past 5 years Seth has been a coach on 14 teams dedicating many hours to players and families giving them knowledge and expertise.
When he is not on the field motivating and teaching the game he can be found filming for the Ottawa Redblacks and Carleton University Ravens.He is also the play by play man for Algonquin College Wolves sports.
Seth is "all in" on helping kids be better athletes and people on and off the field. He has been with Drip Dawg since day 1.
JUSTICE KORADI
Justice is entering his 2nd season as a valued Drip Dawg Coach. In his playing days he was touted as a highly intelligent player that always brought the "boom stick".Justice played defensive HB/S for the Cumberland Panthers, and St. Peter’s HS and signed with uottawa in 2020.Lifelong club football player (from 6-17) with multiple A cup championships, oneProvincial champion (2017) and 3x Ontario provincial all-star (2015-2017). He was also a Quebec all-star in 2018.5 years as defensive coordinator for the Cumberland Panthers and always being a top defense every year.Strong knowledge of technique, defensive schemes, leadership, and player development.We are proud to have Justice to take our athletes and teach them how to play smart, tough football to take the skills back to their teams in the fall.

TYLER KOSAVIK
TK is in the HOUSE for his 2nd year at Drip Dawg. Drip Dawg is proud to announce Tyler Kosavik as an OL/DL coach. TK played two years CJEP at John Abbott College and now is in his 4th year as an Ottawa Gee Gee Football Player. TK is about helping kids at all levels be the best they can be and learn to play downhill in the trenches.A local stud player from Orleans that has a great ability to transfer his knowledge and teach athletes how to improve their skills, techniques and work ethic.

PHILIP CHARLEBOIS
Coach Phil is the much needed "swiss army knife" on a coaching staff. With 9 years of on field experience and 16 seasons involved in coaching sports, he is invaluable in being part of the program and helping in all aspects. His resume includes: Cumberland Panthers (NCAFA), tackle and flag Russell Minor Football Association (RMFA), development tackle program Drip Dawg (DD), flag and positional skills Gloucester Recreational Development Association (GRDO). Positional coach for Running Backs, Receivers and Snappers (NCAFA, RMFA, DD) Also has had roles as: OC and DC (RMFA) Assistant Coach and Head Coach for 3 years (RMFA) Program coordinator (RMFA) General volunteer (GRDO). Every team needs that glue guy coach that is there for the kids to teach, bring positive energy and make the experience fun! Coach Phil is that guy for Drip Dawg entering his 2nd season with us as a coach.
HUNTER LOFT
Hunter is currently attending Algonquin College on his way to playing CIS Football. Hunter is a Former DL for the Quinte Skyhawks OSFL program, East Side Ravens and the Centennial Chargers. Hunter has 11 years of on field experience and coaching under his belt.Going into his 2nd year as a Drip Dawg Coach, Hunter brings commitment and effort to showing lineman what it takes to be the best you can be.

DANIEL KASH
Daniel Kash is a professional football player and accomplished track athlete who has trained and competed with Team Canada. Specializing in the 100m, 200m, and 4x100m relay, Daniel brings world-class speed and performance expertise to every training session. Beyond his athletic career, Daniel is a dedicated high school football and conditioning coach, helping young athletes build strength, confidence, and discipline both on and off the field. He also provides specialized speed and hill training for men’s and women’s football programs, focusing on explosive movement and game-ready performance. As a personal trainer, Daniel works with athletes and individuals of all levels to improve strength, speed, and overall athletic performance, ensuring each client reaches their full potential. His passion for sport, coaching, and mentorship makes him an invaluable part of the Drip Dawg coaching team.

FAHAD OSMAN
Coach Osman is the Head Coach of the Orléans Bengals and a highly respected figure in youth football development. In 2024, he guided his team to a Provincial Championship, a reflection of his leadership, football knowledge, and commitment to athlete success.
As a consultant for Drip Dawg, Coach Osman brings his expertise in speed, strength, and football skill development to athletes across the program. His focus is on pushing players to perform at their highest level while ensuring they gain valuable lessons that extend beyond the game itself.
Known for his ability to connect with youth, Coach Osman emphasizes mindset, discipline, and leadership in every session. Parents frequently praise him for his positive influence, patience, and structure, which allow athletes of all ages to thrive under his mentorship.
More than just a coach, Coach Osman is dedicated to building well-rounded individuals. His commitment to sport and education continues to strengthen the community, shaping athletes into not only better players but also strong, respectful young leaders.

VANNA KIM
Vanna "Hollywood" Tim brings the energy and experience to our coaching staff. Having played and coached in NCAFA for many decades and winning multiple championships, Coach Vanna is here to help athletes on their journey to success. Vanna is an expert in swagger and teaching confidence to defensive backs and linebackers. From his playing days with the Ottawa Sooners to being a DC for Cumberland Panthers and currently Orleans Bengals he understands that having the confidence on the field is important to your success. He teaches athletes to learn and play through mistakes to be the best they can be. Teaching mindset or skill set, Coach Vanna brings the energy and enthusiasm to all the athletes he coaches on the basketball court or football field.

JIM BUTTON
Coach Jim Button brings passion, dedication, and leadership to the Drip Dawg Girls Program. His football journey began with the North Gloucester Giants, where he earned awards as Defensive Captain and Best Defensive Back. He later played for the East Gloucester Bengals and Gloucester Dukes, earning Rookie and Receiver of the Year. Jim also excelled in Division A Flag Football as Quarterback, Safety, and Head Coach, leading his team to a championship.With over a decade of coaching experience, Jim has led teams from Tyke to Peewee for the North Gloucester Giants and Cumberland Panthers, developing young athletes and winning multiple A-Cup and B-Cup titles. His creative offensive systems ensure every player contributes and grows.Beyond football, Jim coached girls’ basketball in the GCBA, leading a U12 team to an undefeated championship season. His philosophy centers on teamwork, growth, and integrity teaching that winning is about more than the score.In 2010, he received the Community Contribution Award from Ottawa Mayor Jim Watson for his dedication to youth sports.As President and Head Coach, Jim’s mission is simple: build confidence, teach discipline, develop leaders, have fun, and always play with heart.

Chris Farrel
Drip Dawg Football
Coach Chris Farrell brings energy, experience, and a winning mentality to the Drip Dawg coaching team. With over a decade of coaching across multiple sports, Chris has built a reputation for developing tough, disciplined, and motivated athletes.
He has spent six years coaching tackle football, working with every defensive position and serving as Defensive Coordinator this season. Chris also brings four years of flag football coaching experience and has been a proud part of the Drip Dawg program since last year.
Outside the gridiron, Chris has led teams in other sports — including three years as a head baseball coach, two years as a head hockey coach, and two as an assistant coach. His leadership helped guide teams to two “A Cup” titles, a Provincial Championship, and an A Championship in hockey.
A lifelong athlete himself, Chris competed in hockey, baseball, and wrestling, bringing that same competitive drive and multi-sport perspective to every athlete he coaches. Known for his passion, accountability, and attention to detail, Coach Farrell is committed to helping players become smarter, stronger, and more confident both on and off the field.
